We must be contacted within 3 days after the item is received, We will accept returns on items in perfect, brand new condition(no smoke scents, no makeupstains, dirt,no alterations).A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all returns& All the shipping charge is covered by buyer. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after the 3 days inspection period. Shipping fee is not refundable
